Shane Hadlock was named Paycom’s President and Chief Client Officer in February 2026. He previously served as Chief Client Officer from October 2024 to August 2025 and as Chief Client Officer and Chief Technology Officer from August 2025 to February 2026. With more than 30 years of business and technology leadership experience, Mr. Hadlock has led multiple IT functions at Paycom for 14 years, including the role of Executive Vice President of Information Technology and Information Security for six years. Before joining Paycom, he served for 10 years in a number of leadership roles at Hertz. He earned his bachelor’s degree in computer science and a master’s degree in business administration at the University of Central Oklahoma.
