William Kerber has served on our Board of Directors since July 2026. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Human Mode, a robotics company focused on advancing humanoid and collaborative robotic systems that can assist humans in unpredictable environments. Prior to founding Human Mode, Mr. Kerber was one of the original employees of Paycom, starting with the company in 1999 — almost immediately after its founding — and serving as a software developer and network architect. He was promoted to Chief Information Officer in 2007 and held that position until he left the company in 2017. Mr. Kerber received his bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Oklahoma. He previously served on the University of Oklahoma School of Computer Science’s Board of Advisors, is an OU Felgar Society distinguished graduate recipient and sponsored the William Kerber Software Studio. Mr. Kerber was selected to serve on our Board of Directors based on his technology expertise and strong understanding of Paycom’s business.
