Jeff York was named Paycom’s Chief Sales Officer in January 2026, returning to the role he held from 2007 to 2021. Since 2021, Mr. York had served as the company’s Leadership Strategist. With more than three decades of sales experience, Mr. York has held a variety of sales management positions where he has hired and developed many decorated executives. Under his leadership, Paycom’s sales force was named one of the 50 Best Companies to Sell For in the U.S., and his sales organization propelled Paycom to be named one of Fortune magazine’s 100 Fastest-Growing Companies for four consecutive years. A Texas Tech University graduate, Mr. York also holds a master’s degree in business administration from Baylor University.
