announced it ranks second on Fortune magazine’s 2017 100
Fastest-Growing Companies list of domestic and foreign publicly traded
companies, based on their past three years’ growth in revenues, profits
and stock returns.
In its first year of eligibility for the list, Paycom is the only
software-as-a-service technology provider in the payroll and human
capital management (HCM) industry among the top 100, and landed above
technology giants Facebook and Amazon. The Oklahoma City-based HCM
provider is second only to Natural Health Trends, a California-based
multilevel marketer of health and beauty products. Paycom is the only
Oklahoma company to make the annual prestigious list.

46.5% increase over the comparable prior year; and a compound annual
growth rate of 45% over the previous three years.
