These prestigious leadership awards salute the world's top leadership
practitioners and programs and highlight their roles in developing their
workforce, and were presented at the February 8 LEAD Awards Gala of the
LEAD2018 Leadership Conference at the Grand America Hotel in Salt Lake
City, Utah.
Paycom was recognized for its leadership program, also known as LEAD.
Its award-winning content teaches employees 360-degree leadership by
LEADing yourself, client and team through the values of learning,
service and leadership. The program structure includes quarterly
in-person training sessions and e-learning courses through the Paycom
