Executive Management

Chad Richison has served as Chief Executive Officer and President since he founded Paycom in 1998. He has also served as a member of our Board of Directors since 1998 and was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors in August 2016. Mr. Richison began his career in sales with a national payroll and human resources company and a regional payroll company prior to founding Paycom. He received his bachelor’s degree in mass communications—journalism from the University of Central Oklahoma.

Shane Hadlock was named Paycom’s Chief Technology Officer in August 2025, adding to his role as Chief Client Officer, which he was named in October 2024. With more than 30 years of technology experience, Mr. Hadlock has led multiple IT functions at Paycom for nearly 14 years, including the role of Executive Vice President of Information Technology and Information Security for six years. Before joining Paycom, he served for 10 years in a number of leadership roles at Hertz. He earned his bachelor’s degree in computer science and a master’s degree in business administration at the University of Central Oklahoma.

Bob Foster has served as our Chief Financial Officer since February 2025. Prior to joining Paycom in 2022, Mr. Foster served eight years as CEO and chairman of a payroll company, significantly growing its revenue and expanding its offices. He also spent 31 years at Ernst & Young, where he served as a senior partner managing several of the firm’s largest accounts at the time. Mr. Foster is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Ball State University.

Amy Walker was named Paycom’s Chief Sales Officer in April 2025 after serving as Executive Vice President of Sales since April 2024. She has been with Paycom since 2010 and has served in various leadership roles within the company’s sales organization since November 2016, including as a Regional Vice President of Sales and Executive Vice President of Outside Sales. Previously, Ms. Walker was a Sales Manager from January 2012 to November 2016 and Executive Sales Representative from June 2010 to January 2012. She earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing from Missouri State University.

Rachael Gannon was named Paycom’s Chief Automation Officer in August 2025 after serving as Executive Vice President of Product and Development since April 2025. She has served in multiple roles since starting at Paycom in 2013 in the client services department. This includes serving as Executive Vice President of Product from November 2023 to April 2025 and several Product Management leadership roles from 2020 to 2023. Ms. Gannon earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration and management at Southwestern Christian University.

Randy Peck was named Paycom’s Chief Operating Officer in May 2024 after serving as Senior Advisor to Executive Management. He joined Paycom in 2002 and has held various positions in operations, client service, product management and sales, including Director of Software Strategy, Director of Operations and Director of Client Service, among others. Mr. Peck has more than 34 years of management experience in the payroll and HCM space. He earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Oklahoma State University.
